Leather Bag Repairs

Leather bag repairs offer a range of leather bag repairs from handbags to purses.

Here is one of our purse repairs. Unfortunately the customers purse had a tear in it.

When the customer emailed us and sent us pictures of the purse. Based on the pictures we were able to provide an accurate quote of how much it would cost to repair. After the price was agreed upon we arranged for the parcel to be collected. We use My Hermes to collect the parcel and bring it to us. We then complete the repair in our workshop. This can take approximately 7-14 days this is dependant on the amount of damage and the work that is required in order to fix it. We aim to keep our customers as informed as possible letting them know as and when parts arrive etc in order to give them an idea how long their bag or clothing item will be away for.

Once the item arrives at our workshop the technicians begin to work. Our technician in this case sewed up the damaged area. Once the work had been completed, the technician sends pictures to the customer. If they are happy with the repair they make payment at which point we send the item back to them. This is done again using My Hermes. The parcel is tracked and a tracking number is given to the customer. This is in order to let the customer see where their parcel is and when the courier company will deliver their parcel.
