Mobile Leather Repairs offer a on site Leather Repairs and restoration service. Services throughout Kent, London, Sussex, Surrey and Essex. We have over 20 years experience within the trade. There is not a leather colour that we cannot match there is not a repair we can not undertake.
We will always offer you the best option to suit your requirements. Ranging from a cosmetic repair to a replacement panel, we will have a solution for you. When damage gets to a certain degree we would advise to have a replacement matching leather panel fitted as we want your investment in a repair to be the best one possible.

We have for many years worked with many furniture retailers and furniture manufactures from around the world. As a result we are very up to date with the current trends of how furniture is made along with the methods used. In addition our service vans are fully stocked to deal with all repairs on the first visit. Unless having replacement cushions or a panel replacement all repairs are undertaken on site on the first visit.

Here we were asked to restore a Leather Sofa seat which has started to loose its colour across the high wear areas. Above are the photos of the three seater sofa which show wide spread colour loss. This on the seating areas, the fronts on the arm rests and on areas of the backs.

This damage has been caused due to two reasons. Both body perspiration and lack of maintenance. If the customer had been cleaning the leather and using a protection cream this would have stopped the colour loss from happening.
We deep cleaned the suite, using our antibacterial leather cleaner, and then de greased.
Once the area was prepped we could start building up the colour. After the new leather dye has been applied we have sealed in the repairs with a solvent sealant which is much stronger that a water based version so the customer now has a much stronger finish
