All of our leather repairs and leather restoration services are completed in the homes of our customers. Our leather panel replacements are collected and returned to and from our customers homes. The panels are removed and fitted again upon these visits. Meanwhile the replacement process is completed in our leather repairs workshop. Payment is not required until the second visit though for extremely big jobs you may be asked to provide a deposit.

Our jacket and bag repairs are also completed in our leather repairs workshop. These jackets and bags are collected and delivered via a My Hermes courier collection service. However this service is a 8am-8pm service. It is a fully tracked service so both our customers and our leather repairs team can see where the parcel is at any given time.
