Payment is not required until the second visit though for extremely big jobs you may be asked to provide a deposit.
Our jacket and bag repairs are also completed in our leather repairs workshop. These jackets and bags are collected and delivered via a My Hermes courier collection service. However this service is a 8am-8pm service. It is a fully tracked service so both our customers and our leather repairs team can see where the parcel is at any given time.
